- If you’re riled up. Calm down — nothing is solved when we’re angry.
- Focus on being positive, it’s not easy but mindfully force yourself to understand that tough times don’t last but tough people do.
- Look for a new mentor in an area of your life that needs improvement
- Be friendly and good, in all your interactions.
- Go for a walk or meditate, step away from all of your screens.
- Remove people who are not positive from your life.
- Challenge is an opportunity to learn something new — always.
- Act as you wish to become.
